Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Pricing Information

The owner of the online store www.realkeskus.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is OÜ Realiseerimiskeskus (registry code 10635366), located at Ehitajate tee 110E, Tallinn.

The terms and conditions apply to purchases made from the Realiseerimiskeskus online store.

The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. The price includes a fee for product delivery. All prices are stated in EUR.

The product delivery fee depends on the buyer's location and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer during the order process. The online store offers delivery solutions from SmartPost, SmartCourier, and Omniva.

Information about the products is provided in the online store next to the product. The product images displayed in the online store are for illustrative purposes only. The actual product packaging, color, and shape may differ. The use of images without the permission of OÜ Realiseerimiskeskus is prohibited.

Placing an Order

To order a product, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required data fields and select a suitable delivery method. The total cost will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid via Maksekeskus bank link or other Maksekeskus payment methods.

The contract comes into effect when the amount due is credited to the Realiseerimiskeskus bank account.

If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to the product being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible, and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than 14 days after the notification.

Delivery

Products are delivered to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland.

The shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the relevant pricing information is displayed with the shipping method. More detailed information on delivery can be found in the delivery section at the bottom of the online store.

Domestic shipments generally reach the buyer within 2-4 business days from the conclusion of the sales contract. International deliveries are made within 14 calendar days.

In exceptional cases, the product may be delivered within up to 45 calendar days.

Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to food, beverages, or other items intended for everyday consumption, which are delivered to the consumer's home, place of residence, or workplace during frequent and regular delivery rounds, as specified in VÕS § 53 (2).

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To use the 14-day right of withdrawal, the ordered product must not be used in any other way than necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product, as it would be allowed in a physical store. If the product has been used for purposes other than necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if there are signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refunded amount according to the decrease in the product's value.

To return the product, a withdrawal form must be submitted, which can be found here: withdrawal form, and it must be sent to the email address within 14 days of receiving the product. The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer, except if the reason for the return is that the product does not correspond to the order (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

1. Products must not be used or dirty (cosmetics, etc.);

2. Products must not be damaged or lost their value;

3. Products must be returned in their original packaging and have a commercial appearance (original sales packaging);

4. Products must be returned with tags.

The buyer must return the product within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal form or provide proof that the product was handed over to the carrier during that period. The Online Store will refund the buyer without delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal form, all payments received from the buyer under the contract.
