Goods Delivered to SmartPOST and OMNIVA Parcel Machines

Orders over €30 will be delivered to the parcel machine free of charge.

The customer will be notified of the arrival of the goods at the parcel machine via an SMS message containing a unique door code for opening the locker. Instructions for using the code and opening the locker can be found on the touch screen of the parcel machine.

For orders containing alcoholic beverages, collection from the parcel machine is available between 10:00 and 22:00 (or until the parcel machine location closes, if earlier than 22:00). In addition to the door code, an ID card and PIN code are required to verify the recipient's age when collecting alcoholic products.

Packages can be collected from the parcel machine within 7 working days from the time they arrive.

SmartKULLER Courier Service

When selecting SmartKULLER for delivery, the delivery fee and estimated delivery time will be displayed in the shopping cart before confirming the order.

The courier service delivers goods directly to the address specified in the order.

The exact delivery time will be agreed with the customer by phone before the delivery.

Orders containing alcoholic beverages will only be handed over to adults upon presentation of an ID for age verification.
